Bring yourself an open heart, a sweat towel, and a water bottle. We will provide all the necessary equipment for the class.

I recommend wearing athletic attire that fits closely to your body, similar to what you might wear for yoga classes. This ensures you have the freedom to move comfortably and make the most of your barre experience. Additionally, grip socks are a great choice – they provide stability during movements and enhance your overall workout.
